I am a cis woman, POC and single mother. My family immigrated to Malaysia, Singapore and the UK from my ancestral homeland of India. I was born in London and emigrated from the UK to Canada as a child. My personal belief system is rooted in Buddhist philosophy and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. I currently reside and work in Vancouver on the unceded traditional territories of the Coast Salish peoples xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Since 2016, I have been supporting clients as a Holistic Therapist. I primarily work with other Therapists, Bodyworkers, Healers, Creatives, Artists and Entreprenuers. I utilize various approaches including, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, ThetaHealing and Therapeutic Shamanism to get to the root cause of what you are experiencing. I am passionate about creating a safe space so you can cultivate a deeper connection to all the parts of yourself, live authentically and reach your goals.
Prior to becoming a Therapist, I was a Human Resources Business Partner in Vancouver’s Video Game, VFX and Animation industry. I worked at Electronic Arts, Pixar, Hootsuite, Wild Brain and Vancouver Film School. It was my own healing journey that brought me into the world of Yoga, Counselling Psychology, Spirituality, Psychedelics and Wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy being active and spending time with my family and friends. I am a mother to a beautiful 10 year old daughter. I hike, paddle, read and am currently learning to play the ukulele. On Thursdays, you can find me teaching yoga at Local Health Integrative Clinic in East Vancouver. I also have a virtual coaching practice offering psycho-spiritual coaching, psychedelic therapy, energy healing and retreats. Please visit Shakti Rising Energy for more information.

I am deeply passionate about helping individuals reconnect with themselves and discover new pathways to healing and joy.
My educational journey began with a double major in Psychology and Criminology from Simon Fraser University (SFU), which laid the foundation for my understanding of human behaviour and the complex systems that influence our lives. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, where I continue to refine my skills and deepen my knowledge of therapeutic practices.
Beyond my formal education, I bring a diverse set of tools to my practice, including Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Therapy training, Trauma-Informed Care, and Coaching. These modalities inform my holistic approach to therapy, where I aim to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I believe in the power of blending body, mind, and spirit, and I integrate these elements to help clients build a deeper connection with themselves.
My approach is rooted in empowerment. I want my clients to leave each session feeling more authentic, grounded, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with greater ease. At the same time, I believe in the power of vulnerability and softness—my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, confront difficult truths, and take steps toward personal growth.
I strive to bring a warm and inviting energy to every session, ensuring that my clients feel comfortable and safe. Through our work together, I hope to spark "glimmers of joy"—those small moments of clarity, hope, and light that remind us of the possibility for change. My commitment is to challenge you when necessary while ensuring you always feel supported and valued.
Each individual’s journey is unique, and I am honoured to walk beside you as you explore and heal in a way that aligns with your authentic self.

I grew up in beautiful Steveston Village in Richmond, British Columbia. Then I attended Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I love to spend time in nature with my dog and I have always been drawn to the water and its calming effect.
I engage with clients from a trauma informed and client centred approach. I work with individuals who are experiencing issues related to Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD, Childhood Abuse, Body Image, Self-Worth, Relationship Issues and Grief & Loss. I enjoy working with youth, young adults, and adults, working with them to navigate their inner world and the challenges that life brings.
In my practice I draw from such therapies as Adlerian, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Attachment Theory, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and somatic approaches. I strive to create a safe space for my clients so that they can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Together we will gather insight. I will provide you with the support and tools to face challenges, work towards your goals and cultivate a sense of belonging and healing.
Outside of my work, I can be found in nature with my dog, Harley, or out enjoying good food with my friends or partner. I am also passionate about true crime and travel. People in my life would describe me as empathetic, loyal and witty.
